A equipe foram atenciosa e gentil. O nosso quarto tinha tudo funcionando e o churrasco à noite foi excelente em termos de qualidade e preço. Tivemos o quarto Deluxe, que é um quarto standard, e foi bom em termos de conforto e bastante espaçoso! Ele também tinha um bom banho e muito limpo banheiro. Boa piscina e ginásio era razoavelmente bom. Único inconveniente é que ele é um pouco fora da cidade e infelizmente há alguns acordo com taxistas que custa US$ 10 aprox. para chegar a algum lugar, que não é prática normal na Indonésia que sendo dito, Aceh é diferente de outras partes da Indonésia, e os táxis são um exemplo. Mas se você pode encontrar uma sala onde tudo funciona ou não há repugnante cheiro de banheiro, você estará fazendo bem! O café-da-manhã é aceitável, mas o churrasco à beira da piscina mais à noite são fantásticas. Fresh chicken, carnes, peixes e frutos do mar com buffet de arroz, massas etc. O ginásio é bastante bom e o ar condicionado faz um bom trabalho quando é ligado. Serviço no restaurante não é grande. A equipe será permanente em torno conversando enquanto espera uma meia hora para encher um café. Quando eles vêm, preenchem um copo na mesa e deixar o resto! O hotel necessita de uma actualização em geral e os quartos não são excepção. A cama é muito firme e eu suspeito os travesseiros são bulletproof. O hotel também abriga uma família KTV sempre que o álcool está disponível. A piscina é boa mas cuidado sobre azulejos em falta e a poucos passos muito profundas. Uma outra nota é que a área da piscina tem um restaurante com um cantor performing até 2230 diariamente. Alguns isto pode ser ouvido os quartos voltados para a piscina, mas o nível de ruído não atingir o nível ofensiva.
